The art of Jin Shin Jyutsu is an old Japanese art that uses touch to regulate body energy. You can exercise it on yourselves to organize your energies and emotions by stimulating energy paths in your hands.
The technique is simple and we can do it anywhere:
Each finger is connected to all parts of the body with emotion and with a different attitude. Read on to find out which area You should focus on to regulate energy throughout the body.
Hold the finger, attached to the emotion you want to calm down or to the organ you want to heal, for 3-5 minutes with breathing deeply.
If you want to get harmony in the whole body, you can do
this with the total fingers in each hand.
